Results interpretation (Must be within 15 to 20 minutes)

Result can be seen in the result window in 15 minutes. If there is one line appears (control line), even if the line is faint, the result is NEGATIVE, indicating that you were not infected with HIV.
If the test is performed during the window period, it is recommended that you get tested again three months after the last exposure to make sure you did not become infected from that exposure. If you continue to engage in high risk sexual behaviors, it is recommended to be tested at least every 6 to 12 months.
(The payment on hold will be cancelled if you have uploaded the test result and complete the “Feedback questionnaire” within 14 days from the order date.)

Result can be seen in the result window in 15 minutes. If two complete lines are present (control line and test line), even if the line is faint, the result is interpreted as POSITIVE. You may have infected with HIV.
However, the test is only for preliminary screening. Confirmatory test by taking venous blood is needed. We highly recommend you to make an appointment online or call the AIDS Hotline at 2780 2211 of Department of Health, or approach an NGO for confirmation testing and counselling services.
With early treatment, most HIV-infected people can live a healthy and quality life.
(The payment on hold will be cancelled if you have uploaded the test result and complete the “Feedback questionnaire” within 14 days from the order date.)

- No line appears in the result window
The payment on hold will be cancelled if you have uploaded the test result with photo (the result window should be shown) and complete the “Feedback questionnaire” within 14 days from the order date.
